Compliance & Risks is pleased to offer a webinar, “Proposition 65 Warning Requirements and Compliance Strategies”. Lynn L. Bergeson and Lisa R. Burchi from Bergeson & Campbell, P.C.(B&C®) will present an overview of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment new Prop 65 warning label requirements that took effect on August 30, 2018.
They will address the regulations, and explain what companies and others in the supply chain should do to implement and ensure compliance with these changes. There will be a 10-minute Q&A opportunity after the conclusion of the presentation.
