創立

アイルランド人弁護士のダミアン・マクガバンは、ブリュッセルのデロイトで働いていた時、日々机に届けられるEUの公式ジャーナルの量に圧倒されていました。

Corine Laurijsen

Corine has over 20 years of experience in the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) field, having worked as an EH&S Consultant in the Netherlands, and as Occupational Health & Safety Manager in California. She now specializes in researching, monitoring, and analyzing international regulations and standards on EH&S.

Corine is bilingual in Dutch and English, holds Master of Science Degrees in Biology and Environmental Management, and a Degree in Safety Engineering.

With over 10 years regulatory experience, Dieudonne is dedicated to keeping Compliance & Risks’ clients up to date on all EU REACH developments, as well as global REACH-like regulations, such as K-REACH, Turkey KKDIK, China REACH and Japanese Chemical Substances Control Law (CSCL).

Dieudonne holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a MBS on Information Systems for Business Performance from University College Cork, Ireland. Bilingual in
French and English with basic competencies in German, Portuguese and Spanish.

Joanne O'Donnell

With over 15 years post qualification experience, Joanne supports our clients with their legal compliance challenges with a particular focus on climate change; illegal logging and modern slavery.

Joanne has a Bachelor of Arts (Legal and French) and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Masters in International law (LLM) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, Switzerland. She also has a Masters Degree in French from the University of Limerick and is a fluent French speaker. She qualified as a Solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland in 2003.

Livia Kecerova

Livia Kecerova

Livia is an experienced legal researcher and specialises in the monitoring and analysis of regulatory changes in the Russian Federation, EAEU, Ukraine and also a number of EU Member States.

She also conducts individual research projects on behalf of the world’s biggest names in electronics, consumer goods and textiles covering all aspects of product safety.

Livia is multilingual, with fluency in English, Slovak, Czech, advanced in Polish, Hungarian, as well as having basic competencies in Croatian, Slovenian, Russian, Ukrainian, Montenegrin, Bosnian and Serbian and French.

As Head of the Global Regulatory Compliance Team, Louise is responsible for leading a team of professionals in monitoring, researching and summarising regulatory developments globally, both enacted and proposed, on topics from RoHS, REACH, WEEE to Conflict Minerals, EH&S and more. Louise’s team is responsible for feeding this information into Compliance & Risks’ knowledge management platform “C2P”, thereby supporting manufacturers, retailers and their supply chain partners in responding to their regulatory compliance challenges.

Louise is a qualified barrister who has been working with Compliance & Risks since 2008. Prior to joining the company, Louise worked as a barrister, law lecturer and researcher, and obtained her law degree (BCL) and masters in law (LLM) from University College Cork, Ireland.

Mary Liddane

Mary leads the EU Market Access team which specializes in assisting electrical and electronic companies manage their compliance requirements, providing customised product safety and compliance information from design through to waste on a large range of consumer products.

She also led Compliance & Risks’ involvement in the Countering WEEE Illegal Trade (CWIT) Project within a consortium that included INTERPOL and UN agencies, providing recommendations on improving the response to illegal trade in WEEE.

Mary is a qualified Solicitor and holds LL.B and LL.M Degrees in Law from the University of Limerick.

Michelle is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist working at Compliance & Risks since 2008. She specializes in monitoring, reviewing, summarising, analysing and assessing global regulations across the areas of energy efficiency, eco-design, eco-labelling, e-waste/WEEE, and transboundary movement of hazardous waste.

She is a qualified Solicitor and holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (BCL) and a Higher Diploma, Business Finance and Information Systems from University College Cork, Ireland.

She is currently based in Brussels, Belgium where she is close to the heart of developments in the EU Commission and the EU Parliament. Michelle speaks French at an intermediate level.

She has nearly 20 years experience monitoring, selecting, and summarizing international consumer products regulations and standards to support the strategic business needs of retailers and manufacturers, including entering new geographic markets; facilitating education and training throughout the supply chain; and development of global best practices around regulatory compliance.

Stacey specializes in condensing and comparing requirements from multiple jurisdictions internationally. She is client-service focused, with an emphasis on developing strong partnerships and a successful collaborator with team members at any level of an organization and every step along the supply chain.
