Senior B2B Marketing Communications Specialist (Full Time)

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Purpose: To assist the marketing manager in the planning and execution of the overall marketing strategy, with a particular focus on marketing communications. We are looking for someone who is passionate about communications and the use of inbound marketing activities to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness and leads. This position would be ideal for a well-rounded marketer who wants to work in a dynamic, international B2B environment.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

KRA 1: Marketing Communications

  • Collaborate with internal experts and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our target audiences
  • Grow new marketing-qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Use dynamic workflows/ campaigns to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve client conversion and retention rates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
  • Execute a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, infographics, etc.)

KRA 2: Webinar Programme

  • Coordinate speakers for our monthly webinar programme and manage all pre and post event promotion, including website landing pages, social media and email campaigns

KRA 3: Knowledge Partner Coordination

  • Develop strong relationships with our knowledge partner network and capitalise on their regulatory news and insights by promoting their content via both C2P, our compliance knowledge management platform, and our blog
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and progress relationships with potential new knowledge partners

KRA 4: Internal Communications

  • Support our internal communications programme with the production of our internal newsletters and coordination of internal company-wide presentations

KRA 5: Marketing Collateral

  • Support the production of appropriate marketing collateral, including newsletters, videos, white papers, eBooks and case studies
  • Take control of marketing inventory, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and on-brand

Prior Experience and Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level, in a marketing or business field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment
  • Past experience of email systems, marketing automation systems, content management systems and search engine optimisation
